Kristin Lewis is the executive vice president and chief public and community affairs officer for Point32Health and president of the Point32Health Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan. In this role, she oversees government affairs, corporate citizenship and Foundation, public relations and external communications.

Kristin leads Point32Health’s strategy and implementation of state and federal public policy developments and advises the organization on the impact of political changes as it relates to Point32Health’s strategic goals and business agenda. She also guides the development and implementation of Point32Health’s external communications and marketing strategies to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation.

As president of the Point32Health Foundation, Kristin helps shape strategies to support nonprofit organizations throughout the region. A passionate advocate, she leverages the health plan’s business practices, products, services and community engagement to support, advocate and advance healthier lives for everyone.

Kristin has more than 30 years of health insurance and public and government affairs experience. She serves as both a trustee and chair of the executive committee for the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation. In addition, Kristin is a board member of the Massachusetts Association of Health Plans, the Point32Health Foundation, the New England Council and Associated Industries of Massachusetts. She also represents the organization locally and nationally on several health care committees.

Kristin received a Master of Business Administration from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont.
