Dominick Ianno is Head of State Government Relations for MassMutual, headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts. In this role, he directs the company's state and local government affairs strategy, including legislative, regulatory, and stakeholder engagement efforts, and serves as a principal liaison to policymakers, regulators, and other government officials.

Dominick holds key in leadership roles in several prominent business and insurance organizations. He is Board Chair of the Life Insurance Association of Massachusetts, Executive Committee Chair of the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, and Board Vice Chair of the Association of California Life and Health Insurance Companies. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Associated Industries of Massachusetts, is a board member of the Springfield Regional Chamber and three life and health guaranty associations (Alaska, California, New Hampshire), and is a member and former Chair of the American Council of Life Insurers' State Legislative Strategy Group.

Prior to joining MassMutual, Dominick served as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor in Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker's Executive Office for Administration and Finance. In that role, he helped shape and advance the Commonwealth's fiscal and policy agenda while supporting the enactment of balanced state budgets, growth in reserve reserves, and major legislative initiatives. He advised the Governor and senior leaders on budget and fiscal policy, economic forecasting, procurement, real estate, human resources, and operational strategy, and represented the Administration on the boards of several quasi-public agencies, including the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center and the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority.

Earlier in his career, Dominick served as Director of Public Affairs at Pfizer, a media and public policy consultant with Gray Media Group, and an aide to four Massachusetts governors.

Dominick is a graduate of the New England School of Law in Boston and the State University of New York, College at Oswego. He lives in Walpole, Massachusetts with his wife Deb and their two sons.
